Annual Meetings 2026 Thailand
Placard Request Portal
Request and track vehicle placards through the correct entry path. A-Placard requires a secure invitation from your Liaison Officer, while B-Placard requests may start directly from this portal.
Registration period: 1 September 2026 - 18 October 2026
Request process
From quota request to collection
Public B submissions undergo manual eligibility review and do not reserve quota. Vehicle and driver documents unlock only after quota approval.
1
Start the request
Open an LO invitation for A-Placard or start a public B-Placard request, then verify your email by OTP.
2
Eligibility & quota
A Quota Approver verifies affiliation and allocation. Pending or waitlisted requests do not consume quota.
3
Provide details
Save vehicle, driver, and document information over multiple sessions, then submit when complete.
4
Final approval & QR
After final approval, present the single-use collection QR to the Placard Distribution Officer.
